Postcode Lottery Charge on Your Bank Statement

Postcode Lottery is a finance company. The People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery with draws based on your postcode, with proceeds supporting charities. A recurring charge is your monthly subscription, taken by Direct Debit for each entry you hold. It typically appears as POSTCODE LOTTERY on your statement. It may appear on your bank statement under a shortened descriptor rather than its full name.

Postcode Lottery has received mixed reviews and reports of unexpected charges. If you do not recognise this charge, we recommend contacting your bank immediately to dispute it and request a chargeback. You do not need to contact the merchant first.

To cancel Postcode Lottery, log in to your account on their website and navigate to your account or subscription settings. Alternatively, contact their customer support directly. Once cancelled, no further charges should be taken. If you have already been charged and wish to recover the money, contact your bank to raise a dispute.
