Apple TV+ Charge on Your Bank Statement

Apple TV+ is a subscription company. Apple TV+ is Apple's streaming service known for original shows and films such as Ted Lasso and Severance. A recurring charge is your monthly or annual subscription, and it is billed through Apple so it often appears as APPLE.COM/BILL rather than the service name. It can also be bundled within an Apple One subscription. It may appear on your bank statement under a shortened descriptor rather than its full name.

Apple TV+ is a well-known, legitimate company. Most charges from this merchant are authorised and relate to purchases or subscriptions you signed up for. If you don't recognise the charge, check your email for a receipt or log into your Apple TV+ account to review recent activity.

To cancel Apple TV+, log in to your account on their website and navigate to your account or subscription settings. Alternatively, contact their customer support directly. Once cancelled, no further charges should be taken. If you have already been charged and wish to recover the money, contact your bank to raise a dispute.

If you do not recognise a charge from Apple TV+, call the number on the back of your bank card or use your bank's mobile app to raise a dispute. Explain that you do not recognise the transaction and ask for a chargeback. Under Visa and Mastercard rules you typically have up to 120 days from the transaction date to raise a chargeback claim.
